Increasing the screen resolution in normal view works fine. When you switch to
fullscreen mode then, Mozilla uses the resolution that it had found on startup.

Decrasing the screen resolution has the same effect but Mozilla is rescured by
the Windows limitation that a window cannot be larger than the screen resolution.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Be in normal view
2. Increase the screen resolution
3. Switch to fullscreen view

Actual Results:
Mozilla seems to use the previous resolution.

Expected Results:
Mozilla should uses the current resolution.
