Details

placing cursor at far right of location field, hold down the
"backspace" key. I get a series of '|' tracers. They are cosmetic
in that they aren't editable, and disappear when the window
is repainted, but they _really_ stick out.

e.g.

http://www.mozilla.org/
becomes
http://www.|||||||||||||
when i edit the location inplace.

This is with M10 on WinNT4 (sp5) build ID: 1999101618

This bug seems to be related to cursor issues in all text fields on the
NT build. I've not been able to test this on another platform yet..

I believe this was fixed early in M11 by Kin's caret drawing work. assigning to
kin, who'll probably dup it.
