Fix scroll snap alignment with writing modes.

This patch fixes scroll snap alignment when a vertical writing mode
is combined with direction = rtl.

It also updates the expected result, which previously did not match the
description in the ref file. The .invert rules were incorrectly being
applied to both large and small scrollers, when they should only be
applying to large scrollers.
