Using devtools in https://marcoagpinto.com/mainmenu.html causes the parent process to hang after a bit.

The sooner I say that the sooner it stops reproing. I couldn't repro on a debug build, and on a release build it no longer happens. There is a massive data: uri on the root element which I suspect is involved... But now I just get slow reflows, not >20s hangs, which is what I'd expect...

Haven't been able to repro again anything more than those slow reflows because of the data uri.
