On a FTP download.
The download has been 100% (150472KB/150472KB) for hours, but nothing happens,
and the file isn't on my desktop.
This isn't the first time this happend.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download a file (FTP ?)
2. Wait for download to be 100%
3. The download isn't complete

Actual Results:  
File not created, download not complete.

Expected Results:  
Download completes.
This is the bug.
Fixed in 9/18+ builds.
