For some reason I cannot reproduce, which Windows high contrast theme do you use?

I used both High Contrast Black and High Contrast White.
I can't reproduce the issue with High Contrast #1 and High Contrast #2 either.

I can reproduce with High Contrast Black (enabled via Ease of Access). It seems to affect all the proton-styled PopupNotifications (doorhangers).

Odd I don't get similar results with same set-up.

Moving to Themes. I suspect it's related to the new styles for PopupNotifications.

I found out what the difference is. I was using the Default theme for the browser. If I switch it to Proton Dark I get the same results as you.

If it only applies to the current default browser theme then let's "Won't Fix" it given that the current default won't be an option with Proton that will default to Light.
