Steps to reproduce:

  1. Download a .deb file (Example URL: http://ftp.tw.debian.org/debian/pool/main/e/epiphany-browser/epiphany-browser_40~rc-1_amd64.deb)

  2. Nightly will block download. Allow it.

Actual results:

See that the file is saved into the temporary folder (in GNU/Linux it's /tmp) rather than the currently set Downloads directory.

Expected results:

It should've saved into the currently set Downloads directory, like normal.
