Set release status flags based on info from the regressing bug 1692320

The patch in bug 1692320 only changes the color of the selected tab in Alpenglow theme, which isn't enabled in automated tests as far as I know and the change is just a CSS color change so this would be really surprising to regress performance. Can you see if this was regressed by a different changeset?

The graph didn't reveal something new, but seems like it has a constant tendency to come back to the before values.
