Start loading a new page in a new window, e.g. by right-click on link -> Open
Link in New Window, or cmd-click on link. Before this page completes loading,
click on original window to continue reading. When new window finishes loading
page, it jumps to the front. It should stay in the background until you are
ready to read it.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Cmd-click on a link
2. Click back on original page before new page loaded
3. Wait for new page to load -> it will jump to front
Alex, it appears this may have been fixed on 19 Sep 2002 by bug 161838. Please
retest using a recent nightly. If it works, this is a dup.

It's fixed. Sorry, I thought I had checked it in last nights, but I screwed up...
