I want to use the https://github.com/marketplace/actions/wait-on-check and https://github.com/marketplace/actions/download-workflow-artifact addon in DeepSpeech for the following reasons: required to be able to transfer some DeepSpeech TaskCluster workflow to GitHub Actions.
