Added some comments to the test why the behavior is a bit different to non-Fission.
Overall the behavior should be better because iframes are handled reasonably too.
Restoring zoom level asynchronously shouldn't happen too often and shouldn't in practice be
visible (at least in local testing on opt builds) so I think that should be fine.
