If an address book is removed while viewing "All address books", directory contents don't disappear

Found while trying to implement new UI. If a directory is removed, its contacts and lists should disappear from "All Address Books". Usually this isn't a problem as deleting a directory with the UI requires not being in All Address Books, but it could happen programmatically for some other reason.
