170211 - My Yahoo ID is not being recognized when I select a room, only when using this browser

User-Agent:       Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.15; Mac_PowerPC)
Build Identifier: 2002022605

Works fine when I use Explorer 5.1 or  Netscape Communicator.  The 
Java script runs fine but somehow does not transfer my ID.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.load the page 
2.select a room
3.

Actual Results:  
I get a mesage that my ID is not valid

Expected Results:  
show the selections of availabe table to play from

what Mozilla build ID are you running ? If 2002022605, then it's too old, please
download 1.0.1, 1.1 or 1.2a.

this is not likely to be a bug in JavaScript Engine. cc'ing self -

1. If you try an up-to-date Mozilla build, does the problem go away?
   If so, please resolve this bug as "WORKSFORME"

2. If not, can you paste the exact message you're getting from Yahoo?

3. Also, are there any errors in Tools > Web Development > JavaScript Console?
   (be sure to clear it of any previous errors first)

4. What happens if you try a new Mozilla profile? If the Profile Manager
   doesn't come up automatically when you launch Mozilla, you can force it
   to by launching Mozilla from a console prompt like this:

     [(path to Mozilla)] ./mozilla -profilemanager

   If you try the site with a new profile, does the problem go away?

Confirmed using Mac/2002091908/9.2.2. The Java applet displays its' own error message 
about my ID not being recognized. It works fine using Mac IE 5.1.5 (4719). Reassigning to OJI.

This bug is targeted at a Mac classic platform/OS, which is no longer supported
by mozilla.org. Please re-target it to another platform/OS if this bug applies
there as well or resolve this bug.

I will resolve this bug as WONTFIX in four weeks if no action has been taken.
