Pocket menu is not opened smoothly when it is clicked from the Overflow menu

Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch Firefox
  2. Pin Pocket button to the Overflow menu
  3. Open the Overflow menu and click on Pocket button

Expected result

  • The dropdown transition is smooth

Actual result

  • The dropdown transition is not smooth

  • Will see for a regression

Additional notes

  • The issue can be seen in the following attachment
  • On Ubuntu 20.04, there are additional stutters when opening and closing the pocket menu

Tried finding a regression, but it seems to be happening on the builds where Pocket was moved to toolbar (2021-03-24 and up) and can be placed afterwards in Overflow menu.
