Steps to reproduce
- Open Firefox.
- Open many tabs till "list all tabs" and navigation arrows are displayed.
- Hover the mouse over the tabs and over "List all tabs", "Navigation" and "Open new tab" buttons.
- Try in dark and default theme.
Expected result
"List all tabs", "Navigation arrows" and "Open new tab" buttons shouldn't differ from the tabs highlight .
Actual Result
"List all tabs", "Navigation arrows" and "Open new tab" buttons differ from the tabs highlight .
