170237 - Cookie Acceptance Dialog "Detail" Pane Doesn't make Session Cookies Clear

In the cookie acceptance dialog, when the user has details visible, a session
cookie (I'm assuming, don't really know) doesn't list any expiration date,
leaving the field blank. Instead, it should say "Session Only" in that field,
making it clear to the user that the cookie in question is a session cookie, and
not one that lasts forever. Many of us know that's impossible, but most
end-users will not, and may make the very valid asusmption that a blank in this
field means that it never expires.
