Steps to reproduce:

1. Have two displays configured in a vertical orientation, with the primary display on the bottom and the second display on top.
2. Maximize Firefox using the maximize button, or by dragging the window to the top of the display to snap it

Actual results:

Portion of the Firefox window spills onto the bottom of the above monitor

Expected results:

No part of the Firefox window should be visible on the other monitor
