Steps to reproduce

  1. Open an RTL Firefox build.
  2. Go to youtube.com.
  3. Play any video.
  4. hover the mouse over the tab.
  5. Hover away from the tab.
  6. observe favicon and media controller icon.

Expected result

Media controller icon should go away after hovering away from the tab on RTL builds and the favicon of the website should correctly be displayed.

Actual Result

Media controller icon doesn't go away after hovering away from the tab on RTL builds.
