• The following prefs are set to true in about:config:
  - browser.proton.enabled
  - browser.proton.doorhangers.enabled

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to any site.
2. Bookmark the page.
3. Observe the text on the panel.

Expected result

• The title "Add Bookmark/Edit Bookmark" and the items in location section (e.g. "Bookmarks Toolbar) are bolded.

Actual result

• The title "Add Bookmark/Edit Bookmark" and the items in location section (e.g. "Bookmarks Toolbar) are not bolded.

Regression range

• This is not a regression.

Additional notes

• Please look at the attached image.
• On Ubuntu 18.04 x64 and macOS 10.13 the title and the location is bolded.
