If QuickLaunch is starting but not quite finished loading and the mozilla browser is started by a desktop icon then both crash.
cannot make this happen, clicking on desktop icon gives me hourglass until icon back in tray and then it launches fine

I have the same problem with Mozilla 1.2.1 under Windows XP. If I launch the browser before Quick Launch has finished to load, the browser won't start. But Quick Launch doesn't crash. I have to wait until it has finished to load, then I can launch the browser. I will download Mozilla 1.3 to see if the problem is solved...
Nathan, Are you able to reproduce crash noted in this bug? Can you try a recent release or nightly build?
