+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1407731 - because I'm too lazy to manually create it in Jira. :) +++
In bug 1305563, comment 125, Thom notes that all our clients implement dateAdded now, but we'll still want to keep weak reupload around for a few more cycles. This bug tracks eventually removing that.

This is pretty much removing everything around https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/search?q=weakupload - we no longer need that concept at all.
