It looks like the tag selector should have padding of 6px on all sides when Proton is enabled.

mconley, can you confirm that what's required here is to apply 6px padding to #editBMPanel_tagsSelectorRow while resetting the margin for #editBMPanel_tagsSelector? Or is there something else?
btw, see attached, imo this doesn't look good. Can you share the spec link? If it still exists.

I'm pretty sure what I meant was that the insides of that tag selection box should have more padding. Or, now that I'm looking at it, the richlistitem's themselves in that list should have more padding. Maybe a padding of 6px per richlistitem? Fixing bug 1699549 might help inform what looks best here.
