Details

When I start the mozilla browser for the first time (no windows are open) I
cannot type anything in the URL bar because there is no cursor. When I close the
browser window and open mozilla again it's works again.
In linux there is no problem.

I'm using mozilla 1.0 and windows 98 second edition (I think).
Reporter: Can you reproduce this bug with a recent build of Mozilla (for
example, 1.4rc3)? 

If so, then please comment again with details. 
If not, then please resolve this bug as WORKSFORME. Thanks.
