Using the process established in bug 1317260 and bug 1352540 and bug 1375881 and documented at the top of the file bedrock/mozorg/templates/mozorg/about/governance/policies/security/certs/policy.html, we need to publish the new Mozilla CA Policy 2.7.1 at the following URL:
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/governance/policies/security-group/certs/policy/

I've added a table of contents at the top with skip links to each section, but it's only the main sections, not a complete outline. We could do a complete outline but that's going to get pretty long and push the content even further down. Thoughts?

I also see that the effective date is May 1, 2021. Should we wait until then to publish?

Hi Craig and Paul,
Can I ask a small favor? It appears that the hard-return / indentation of items 6 and 7 in section 2.1 in https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/governance/policies/security-group/certs/policy/#21-ca-operations needs to be tweaked. Can that be fixed in this bug? Or should I open a new one?
