Found during my PM review of this component for MR1. When you open the synced tabs panel while you have a browser open on another system with a large number of open tabs, you are immediately presented with a scrollbar and the panel feels like it has constricted width as it is unable to display the complete tab title for most tabs, partly because the scrollbar cuts them off.

I added Betsy as needinfo, because I'd like to understand the thoughts from UX on this. I didn't see it noted in the UX review, so I'm unsure if this fits spec, but I think there's room for improvement here.
