BROWSER_USAGE_GRAPHITE counts the number of times a graphite2 font has been loaded.

I will be removing this probe from the source code.

Tom, do you still have any interest in this (especially given that we have RLBox'd graphite in the meantime), or should we just clean it up? It's been expired for a while...

Vinay, assuming we go ahead with this, there's also a definition of the scalar that will need to be removed.
