Steps to reproduce:
We uploaded videos on a couple of PDP pages with a soundtrack. We notice that the music does not mute even when we try to mute the sound. We are able to mute it on mac devices but not on others. Could you please investigate?
Actual results:
We are able to mute it on mac devices but not on others.
Expected results:
We should be able to mute the audio on all OS

This looks like a test bug. If that's correct, please stop using Bugzilla for testing, this is not a playground, it's a production system sending emails to hundreds of people and wasting triage resources.
