Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox, access about:devtools
2. Click inside the Email input;
3. [Optional] Press the TAB key to select the checkbox for GDPR confirmation;

• can zoom in for better visibility;

4. Hover over the Privacy Policy hyperlink;

Expected result

• checkbox hover effect & toggle area should be limited to the checkbox and just the description string;

Actual result

• checkbox hover & toggle effect trigger area expands on the whole row;
• hover effect triggered by Privacy Policy hyperlink as well (as clicking on it would open a new tab and do nothing in the current one)

Enhancement suggestion*

• exclude the Privacy Policy link from triggering the hover effect for the checkbox;

• not a regression, visible with addition of the email input + confirmation boxes;
• First bad: 2017-11-08;
