Right now, ETP shims may be gated by platform and by release branch, but not both. That is, we cannot gate to Android nightly, only Android (all branches) or nightly (all platforms).
As the work for phase 2 (bug 1703829) may not land on the same release for Android as it does on desktop, it would be good to have this gate for nightly Android users, so they can still use these shims before they ride the trains.
