Details

Installing the latest 4.0.16 breaks the executable on Windows, and running it says the path doesn't exist or not enough privilege.

Do the previous versions work?

Yup, downgrading to 4.0.15 works.

Hmm, not sure what might be going on: it works for myself and others. Could you post a screenshot? Maybe someone else can help debug.

4.0.18 works well, so closing.
