Steps to reproduce:

Developers inspection page must open on a separate window
Open a page
Inspect element with developers tools
Minimize main window

Actual results:

No top menu "Window" to reopen primary page. No easy way to restore the main page.

Expected results:

The developers console window should have a "Window" option on top of "Firefox"
