The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Graphics' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

Did this just start happening?
No it's been happening for a while and also happens on normal Firefox. I moved to this one in the hopes of it being cured.
If I turn smooth scrolling off it stops happening.
It also seems to get worse the longer I have the browser running. Eventually it seems to affect videos as well

Do you have vsync turned off maybe in your os settings or graphics driver settings?

No, Vsync is turned on in Nvidia control panel.
After doing a google search it seem this issue has been around for years now with no solid fix aside from turning off smooth scrolling

What do you mean by screen tearing?
I mean I sometimes use that to refer to one of my migraine triggers, but I don't think we're referring to the same thing.
