Steps to reproduce:
Click on the address bar to expand it.
Actual results:
The right border is not perfect pixel and after some time is moving forward or backward.
Expected results:
To be perfect pixel drawing.

Thanks for filing. This design is going away in Firefox 89, so I'm marking this WONTFIX.
