Currently, we disable keyboard controls for seeking forward /backward on a Netflix video: https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/3ae6f9e4444f3fbf61034317540d36f621117600/browser/extensions/pictureinpicture/data/picture_in_picture_overrides.js#41

This issue looks at removing this restriction and using a site-specific wrapper script to allow this. An initial implementation of this is available in https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D94660, but should be adapted to work with the patch in https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D109073 instead.

I think this can be closed, it is not restricted anymore and the site-specific wrapper has been implemented.
