Using Nightly 89.0a1 (2021-04-11) on OSX Catalina.
Double-tap on any webpage does not zoom on webpage (even Bugzilla).

Can you confirm that you are using 2 fingers for the gesture? The feature is enabled in Nightly and works for me as expected in the described setup.

Does work with two finger double tap. User error.
