When creating a bug, and attaching a file, if the file is deleted before the bug is submitted, and then it is submitted, the page crashes.

Steps to reproduce:
I created a bug, attached a file, deleted the file from my hard drive before submitting the bug, then submitted
Actual results:
Page crashed (got a bugzille error page)
Expected results:
Probably refresh the page and show a banner saying that the file you're trying to upload no longer exists, or to check for mistakes.
I'm marking this as a defect, but i suppose it can be considered an intended, if subpar, feature.
