Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start firefox-nightly with MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1
  2. Select text in a webpage
  3. Drag this selection to the tab bar and see if drop is working (a vertical bar shows up between two tabs)
  4. Change window focus to another window and return to firefox-nightly
  5. repeat #3
  6. repeat #4
  7. repeat #3

Actual results:

Drag text web search is working or not working as window focus changes.

Expected results:

Drag text web search should be always working.
