Steps to reproduce:
Using the quick filter tool bar I can select to show all emails in my inbox that have one or more tags. However there does not seem to be a way to show all emails that have NO TAG. This would be very helpful as tagged emails have usually been looked at and classified, so if one would only want to work on unclassified emails, then it would be easier if only these could be shown using the quick filter

I mark this as a Dupe of Bug 1615339 because implementing it for tags only would mean nearly the same work at a fraction of the benefit.
