I've got most of this working. There's a problem when you load dirs inside the
dir viewer (we don't get completed status). This is because the directory
content viewer doesn't supply us with a event sink.

fix checked in 11/30/99 7am pac time.
Bulk move of all Necko (to be deleted component) bugs to new Networking
component.
