text and image display are messed up in a web page

Steps to reproduce:

  1. open web page
    https://support.mozilla.org/zh-CN/community/top-contributors/l10n

  2. wait for loading finished

  3. scroll down to check the content

Actual results:

  1. The first a few items are displayed correctly.
  2. The later items are displayed wrongly - text and images are messed up together.
    see images attached.

Expected results:

All items should be displayed correctly.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Graphics: WebRender' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please revert this change in case you think the bot is wrong.

I couldn't reproduce this in neither nightly nor nightly 78 (via mozregression). The only bug I see is that if you shrink the window enough then you get everything on a single row, and they disable the scrollbar on Firefox via scrollbar-width: none;, so you can't scroll, which seems unfortunate but seems like a bug in the page.

When the issue happens, I can still scroll both up and down as you can see the scroll bar. The window is already in full screen as you can see from the screenshot.
