Thanks for the report. This video is a h264 file using YUV444 chroma sub-sampling, and those files can't be played back using the system decoders on macOS and Windows, and we depend on system decoders on those platforms because h264 is a patended format, and we can't ship a decoder for this format ourselves.
fffmpeg
knows how to play them, but we disabled playback on Linux for consistency.
