1705626 - "see also" section reference the same question

In a support thread, there's a "See also" section that contains questions and kb articles with similar topics.

However, in a few questions, the "See Also" section also references the same question.

Example:

• https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1321000
• https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1315704
• And a lot of others.

We migrated this to ES 7.x with yesterday's release, and should be filtering out results from the same question now. Looks like it's working on the above examples.
