Background:
In my imported IE bookmarks (although not only restricted to this area of the
bookmarks menu), I have 96 entires including links & folders. At 1280x1024 this
makes the list too large to fit on the screen and scroll arrows are added at the
top/bottom of the list to access other bookmarks that couldnt fit on the screen.
I have about 500 total in various folders/groups.

Problem:
When trying to scroll the list using these arrows, it is VERY slow and generally
only scrolls 1 or 2 lines, it will not continuously scroll, or scroll smoothly
when it actually does move.
