As part of the work to disable AVIF by default for Fx89 (see bug 1682995), AVIF was disabled by default in Nightly as well. This was an unintential side effect of not wanting to delay the disabling change any further with the soft freeze looming.
Now that Fx90 Nightly has opened, it makes sense to re-enable AVIF support by default for nightly builds.

After getting some very helpful pointers from :jaws about the existence of AppConstants.NIGHTLY_BUILD, I should be able to resolve this, but it probably won't happen until later this week or early next week since it's really just a convenience over manually changing the image.avif.enabled pref.
