User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:85.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/85.0

Steps to reproduce:

I was installing Ubuntu unsuccessfully and in frustration, I went to CIA website and posted, ???Hello???

Actual results:

I then tried to re-install with the internet disconnected and when it failed, I got a message box that read ??? ???

Expected results:

Installation should have happened and failure message should have been the usual.

I use MSI motherboard.

When I tried to file a bug at Ubuntu website, I got this message.
