Firefox suggests Mozilla VPN when it's unavailable in my region

Details
Every time firefox is updated, it opens a page suggesting I use mozilla VPN. However, when I click the button, the webpage tells me there's some "waitlist" and your VPN is ironically not available in my country.
Please don't show this button for users who aren't on your list of allowed countries. It's annoying and insulting. Don't try to sell me a product that you refuse to let me buy.

We appreciate your feedback.
We did not have a VPN link in our latest update.
The reason we show the VPN offer in countries where we don't (yet) offer VPN is so we can gauge interest.
What country are you located in and what language was the browser you were using in?

Thank you for taking the time to file this bug and share this feedback. My team is responsible for the page you saw and your note here. It caused us to have some important discussions around this. We have some ideas on how to improve this and hopefully avoid this in the future.
