Firefox Version: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:89.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/89.0
Window Size (inner width and height): 1920x967

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate the mouse cursor towards the 'open new tab' button on the tab bar.
  2. Hover the cursor over the button without clicking it.

Expected Behavior

Plus sign is centered within the highlighted contour of the button.

Actual Behavior

Plus sign is slightly off-center.

I fired up xScope and took a screenshot of the new tab button, and had to blow it up by like 400%, but yeah, the + icon is slightly offset to the right by 1-2px. Looks like there might be some extra left padding or something on that button.
