This comment is copy/pasted from a community issue filed during the Foxfooding program.
Firefox Version: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:89.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/89.0
Window Size (inner width and height): 1920x967
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate the mouse cursor towards the 'open new tab' button on the tab bar.
- Hover the cursor over the button without clicking it.
Expected Behavior
Plus sign is centered within the highlighted contour of the button.
Actual Behavior
Plus sign is slightly off-center.

I fired up xScope and took a screenshot of the new tab button, and had to blow it up by like 400%, but yeah, the +
icon is slightly offset to the right by 1-2px. Looks like there might be some extra left padding or something on that button.
