User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.2a) Gecko/20020910 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.2a) Gecko/20020910 If you write "&nbsp Sample" in the HTML code then everything is all right. If you write "&nbspSample" or "&nbsp-Sample" the Mozilla will show "&nbsp" in the web page. Internet Explorer and partly Opera can display it correctly. I will attache an example HTML. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Make a webpage which contain "&nbsp Sample<br>&nbspSample". 2. Try it. 3. You will see: ========================= Sample &nbspSample =========================
Attached file Example HTML
Run it. And you will see the bug.
You have to use &nbsp; instead. See bug 109556 for another example and reasons, why this is invalid. Moving to TE.
