Have not tried many other pages but at 

http://www.cnn.com/2002/SHOWBIZ/Music/09/24/people.watn.richard.marx/index.html
http://www.cnn.com/2002/WEATHER/09/24/otsc.lavandera.louisiana/index.html

the width is handled incorrectly, making the page numerous screenwidths wide.
When I copy the source of the second of these pages locally and save and then open the file locally, it works as it should. The first produces the same result as viewing on the site.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open URLs above.

Actual Results:  
Page required scrolling over multiple page widths to view all text.

Expected Results:  
Page should have been formattd to fixed width fitting inside browser window.
