1706953 - promote python source test running for production trees to tier 1

Python source tests like mozbuild run as tier-2 which doesn't have a direct a backout as consequence if changes land and fail this task. Are there objections to promote tasks in this file to tier 1?

I don't have objections.

These tasks usually fail for reasons that aren't all that important to fix right away, but I guess that's true of most tests so no objections to making them tier-1. I will note that the mozbuild tests are probably more important than most of the others in that file.

Works for me as well, though there's definitely a difference in severity between mozbuild (plus, IMO, mach) compared to the others.
